We know animal welfare organizations work hard to help the animals in their care. Many of these animals might live at the organization’s facility for life. Other animals face a longer length of stay than the ones ready and/or able to be adopted. An animal may be unadoptable, injured or sick, needing socialization training from years of abuse, or a myriad of other circumstances.
Petoodle exists to bring funding to animal welfare organizations, specifically for these longer-length-of stay animals. All of them require funds for their unique care, on top of their basic needs. As anyone who owns a pet or has animals knows, it can be costly. By sponsoring an animal through Petoodle, you give that animal a chance to thrive.
Sponsoring Animals in Need
Petoodle’s mission is simple: Improve the lives of animals in need. To make this happen, Petoodle is where non-profit animal welfare organizations can showcase the animals they champion in order to raise awareness and solicit funding.
For animal welfare organizations, our platform is free, and 100% of donations go to animals in need. With this powerful tool, organizations can reach new sponsors and expanded audiences to unlock much-needed resources for thousands of animals in need. That was the idea we hatched when we started Petoodle!
Hi, we’re friends Teri Cataruzolo and Angela Kruck. We have had a lifelong love of animals and caring for their wellbeing. We especially have a heart for those animals with no voice and no choices.
Take our spokesdog, Bailey. Sir Bailey was rescued from a puppy mill. He suffers from chondrodysplasia – his legs don’t have the correct bone and cartilage formation. He was welcomed into Angela's home and became a Twitter sensation! (@SirBailey2)
Sadly, not all animals can be adopted, or need more care before finding their fur-ever home. So, we created a way for animal welfare organizations to find funding for their longer-length-of-stay animals.
